Terms of Service
By accessing this website or engaging PhireWay Logistics, LLC ("PhireWay") for dispatch or carrier services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
PhireWay provides freight dispatch coordination services, connecting carriers with available loads, brokers, and shippers. PhireWay acts as a dispatch service, not a motor carrier, broker, or freight forwarder, unless otherwise stated in a separate signed agreement.
2. Carrier Responsibilities
Carriers working with PhireWay are independent contractors responsible for maintaining valid operating authority (MC/DOT numbers), current insurance, and compliance with all applicable federal and state transportation regulations.
3. Rate Confirmations & Agreements
All load assignments are subject to a separate Rate Confirmation and/or Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement, which governs payment terms, load details, and specific responsibilities for that engagement.
4. Payment Terms
Dispatch fees and payment terms are outlined in the applicable Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement. PhireWay is not responsible for delays in carrier payment caused by brokers or shippers outside our direct control.
5. Limitation of Liability
PhireWay is not liable for cargo loss, damage, delays, accidents, or disputes arising from the carrier's performance of transportation services. Carriers assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful operation of their vehicles and cargo.
6. Website Use
Content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer of service. All content, logos, and branding are the property of PhireWay Logistics, LLC.
7. Termination
PhireWay reserves the right to discontinue dispatch services with any carrier at its discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance, safety violations, or breach of agreement terms.
8. Governing Law
The laws of the State of Georgia govern these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
PhireWay may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
